British cyclist Tarling dies in Volta a Portugal accident

Finlay Tarling, a 19-year-old British cyclist, died following an accident during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal. The incident occurred during the race. Tarling was competing in the Portuguese cycling tour at the time of the accident.
