David Crowley on Milwaukee Spending, Taxes: It's Scott Walker's Fault

David Crowley, the Wisconsin Democratic gubernatorial nominee, appeared on NBC's "Meet the Press NOW" on Thursday and attributed Milwaukee's spending and tax issues to former Governor Scott Walker's policies. The appearance came in response to an ad from his opponent, Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI), that criticized Crowley on spending and taxes. Crowley stated that the city has had to address financial obligations from previous administrations.
