Kalshi Says It Does Not Operate Like a Sports Book

Kalshi, a prediction market exchange, is under investigation by New York City and New York State regulators. Robert DeNault, head of enforcement at Kalshi, stated on Bloomberg Surveillance that the company complies with Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations and monitors its platform around the clock for insider trading and suspicious activity.
