Omani Fertilizer Firm Draws $12 Billion In Orders

Oman India Fertiliser Co. received over $12 billion in orders for its initial public offering, which aims to raise $678 million. The IPO is the largest listing in the Middle East since regional conflict began in the area. The fertilizer producer is proceeding with the planned share sale.
