FTC Strikes Deals to Ignore Unlawful Credit Discrimination

The Federal Trade Commission signed agreements with auto dealers to not enforce portions of three federal court orders related to discrimination allegations, according to the FTC. The agency did not notify the judges overseeing the cases or at least one co-plaintiff about the agreements, according to reporting by The Wall Street Journal.
