Bulldozers began clearing land at Big Bend National Park in Texas for border barrier construction. A coalition of landowners, outdoor enthusiasts, and business owners has opposed the work, stating it would change the park. Big Bend National Park spans approximately 801,163 acres along the Texas-Mexico border.
