Killer who hid wife's body refused prison release

Glyn Razzell, convicted of his wife's murder, will remain in prison after the High Court overruled a Parole Board decision to release him. The judges rejected the board's recommendation without specifying their reasoning in public documents. Razzell was convicted in 2003 for the death of his wife Linda, whose remains were found buried on land he owned.
