Hit hard by the earthquake in western Colombia, the mayor of Cali gets to work

A 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia, killing more than 250 people according to reported casualty figures. Search and rescue teams continue operations in affected areas including Cali. The mayor of Cali has begun response and recovery efforts following the quake.
