Engine parts smashed Ryanair window that man's head was sucked out of, report says

A US investigative report determined that an engine fan blade broke on a Ryanair flight from Greece to Germany in March 2026. The blade failure caused damage to the aircraft window. One passenger was partially pulled out of the window opening during the incident.
