World War II Memorial on National Mall vandalized with pink spray paint, fountain overflowing with bubbles

Pink spray paint reading "clean hands, dirty money" was discovered on the World War II Memorial on the National Mall. U.S. Park Police initiated an investigation into the vandalism. The memorial's fountain was also found overflowing with bubbles at the time of the incident.
