Shares of BYD and Xiaomi surge as June delivery figures fuel optimism

Shares of BYD and Xiaomi rose on the Hong Kong exchange following the release of June vehicle delivery figures. BYD delivered 421,600 new energy vehicles in June, while Xiaomi's EV unit delivered 37,099 units that month. The deliveries represented month-over-month growth for both manufacturers.
