Wholesale inflation flattens out in July and price pressure ease

Wholesale prices did not change in July compared to June, according to data released by the Labor Department. Core wholesale prices, which exclude food and energy, rose 0.1 percent in July compared to the previous month. Year-over-year, wholesale prices increased 2.4 percent in July compared to 2.5 percent in June.
