GOP congressman's ex-wife sues, alleging sensitive image of 2-year-old daughter was posted online

Emily Moreno filed a lawsuit against Max Miller, a Republican congressman from Ohio, alleging he shared a nude photograph of their 2-year-old daughter through a public Dropbox link that was viewed more than 400,000 times. Miller and Moreno were previously married. The lawsuit did not specify a filing date or venue. Miller has not publicly responded to the allegations.
