Kaplan Says Fed Right Not to Raise Rates in July

Robert Kaplan, Goldman Sachs Vice Chairman and former Dallas Federal Reserve President, said the Federal Reserve was correct in not raising interest rates at its July meeting. Kaplan made the statement during an appearance on Bloomberg Surveillance. The Federal Reserve held rates steady at that meeting.
