Florida State University hit with federal civil rights investigation over race, sex-based scholarship programs

The Equal Protection Project filed a federal civil rights complaint against Florida State University regarding 32 scholarships, alleging the awards discriminate based on race or sex through donor-funded programs. The complaint was submitted to the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. FSU has not yet publicly responded to the investigation.
