Composer of 'Halo' video games says he was disinvited from convention event for being a Republican politician

Video game composer Marty O'Donnell stated that SacAnime convention revoked his invitation to a Halo 25 reunion event after staff members raised objections to statements he made during a podcast appearance while campaigning for office. O'Donnell had been scheduled to participate in the reunion. SacAnime did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the cancellation.
