Kushner, Iger Buy Lakers for Record-Breaking $12.5 Billion

Josh Kushner and Bob Iger agreed to purchase the Los Angeles Lakers for 12.5 billion dollars, Bloomberg reported. The price would be the highest paid for an NBA team to date. Kushner is a venture capitalist and brother of former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner. Iger is the former chief executive of The Walt Disney Company.
