Repeat offender sucker-punches woman in city where Ukrainian refugee was stabbed by career criminal

Di-Quan Schafar Hunt was arrested in Charlotte after video footage showed him punching a woman. Hunt has prior criminal convictions. The arrest occurred in the same city where Iryna Zarutska, described as a Ukrainian refugee, was fatally stabbed in 2025.
