Northrop’s robot space mechanic is a new way to keep satellites at work longer

Northrop Grumman's Mission Robotic Vehicle is attempting to attach a new thruster to an aging satellite in orbit. The robotic system is designed to service satellites in space, potentially extending their operational lifespan. This marks the first time the vehicle has performed such a repair task on an in-orbit satellite.
