Controversial group wins $158M-contract to represent unaccompanied immigrant children

Utah-based Our Rescue, founded by Tim Ballard, won a $158 million contract to provide legal representation and services for unaccompanied immigrant children. The organization was previously known as Operation Underground Railroad and states it conducts sting operations and rescues trafficking survivors in coordination with law enforcement. The contract was awarded by the federal government.
