ICE asks Kentucky officials to hold previously deported man charged with rape while working as landlord

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency lodged a detainer in Louisville, Kentucky after Rolando Cenobio Vasquez was charged with rape and human trafficking of a 15-year-old girl. Vasquez had been previously deported. ICE requested that Kentucky officials hold Vasquez while immigration proceedings were initiated.
