Ancora Comfortable With Its Offer for H.B. Fuller Unit

Ancora Holdings Group is seeking to acquire H.B. Fuller Co.'s building adhesives unit for as much as $1.2 billion. James Chadwick, president of Ancora's alternatives arm, stated the activist investor is comfortable with the offer. Chadwick made the comments during an appearance on Bloomberg Deals.
