American F1 team makes shocking midseason change in bid to right the ship amid difficult season

Cadillac Formula 1 Team announced the departure of team principal Graeme Lowdon and hired Marcin Budkowski, a former Alpine executive, to the position. Budkowski previously held roles at Alpine and Alfa Romeo in Formula 1. Cadillac is currently last in the constructors' championship standings. The team did not provide a public statement regarding reasons for the leadership change.
