Service member among 2 arrested after missing man probe leads cops to body dump site on Army base

Two people were arrested after human remains were discovered on Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington during an investigation into a missing person case from Tacoma. One of those arrested is a service member stationed at the base. The investigation began as a missing person case and was upgraded to a homicide investigation after the remains were found.
