Man accused of killing parents who bailed him out twice should have been locked up, sheriff says: report

Justin Sislo faced two dozen arrest charges and two protective orders restricting firearm access before he was accused of killing his parents. A strangulation charge was also filed against Sislo prior to the suspected murder-suicide. A sheriff's office statement indicated that Sislo's parents had posted bail for him on at least two previous occasions.
