WATCH: Neighbor’s double take helped police identify accused wildfire arsonist as flames raced nearby

Paul Child reported observing a stranger near railroad tracks on two occasions before smoke appeared in the area. Police conducted a field identification procedure based on Child's account, which led to the arrest of an individual identified as Farinacci on suspicion of arson. The suspect was taken into custody as wildfires spread in the vicinity of the railroad tracks.
