Accel closes oversubscribed $550M India fund within weeks, 19 months after its last

Accel closed a 550 million dollar India fund after oversubscription, according to the firm. The fund closed within weeks of its announcement. Accel's previous India fund, which raised 650 million dollars, still had more than 55 percent available for deployment 19 months after its launch.
