Hawaii Taps Muni Market to Finish First US Driverless Rail Line

Hawaii's Department of Transportation announced it would use the municipal bond market to fund completion of a light-rail transit system in Honolulu. The rail line, when finished, will operate without drivers on portions of the route. The project is designed to provide transit infrastructure for the state capital.
