Music teacher accused of luring, killing PhD student sister-in-law after years-long obsession: report

Joseph Horner, a music teacher on Long Island, was charged with the murder of Victoria Castle, a Ph.D. student at Stony Brook University and his sister-in-law. Castle's body was discovered in a wooded area near her home. Horner was arrested and charged following an investigation by local law enforcement. He remains in custody pending trial.
