Exclusive — Rep. Riley Moore: House ‘Held Hostage’ by Senate Inaction as SAVE Act Set to Be Attached to NDAA

Rep. Riley Moore, a Republican from West Virginia, said House Republicans plan to attach the SAVE Act to the National Defense Authorization Act. The SAVE Act would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote. Moore stated the House has passed citizenship voting measures multiple times that the Senate has not acted on.
