Jennifer Balkcom Wins GOP Nomination to Replace Chuck Edwards in North Carolina House Race

Jennifer Balkcom won the Republican nomination for North Carolina's 11th Congressional District. The nomination came after incumbent Representative Chuck Edwards withdrew from his reelection campaign following a House Ethics Committee investigation. Democrat Jamie Ager won the Democratic nomination for the seat. The general election will take place in November 2026.
