Dem Gov Maura Healey signs sweeping Massachusetts bill allowing abortions up to birth

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey signed legislation removing gestational age limits on abortion, allowing the procedure up to birth. The state joins nine others with similar policies. Healey stated that "abortion will remain safe, legal and accessible" under the law.
