777 Partners Files Bankruptcy After Creditors’ Liquidation Push

777 Partners filed for bankruptcy following creditor efforts to force liquidation of the firm. The alternative investment company had begun selling assets more than a year before the bankruptcy filing. The firm manages or manages stakes in sports franchises including the NHL's Florida Panthers and the NBA's Atlanta Hawks.
