Boeing is selling its air taxi startups to Archer Aviation

Boeing announced the sale of three eVTOL subsidiaries to Archer Aviation. The subsidiaries being acquired are Wisk Aero, which develops autonomous electric aircraft; SkyGrid, which builds air traffic management systems; and another unnamed unit. Boeing will also take an undisclosed equity stake in Archer Aviation as part of the transaction.
