Kenya Plans Corn Imports After Crop Failure Due to Bad Weather

Kenya's Agriculture Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced plans to import one million 90-kilogram bags of corn following a crop failure. The imports will be used to replenish national reserves. The crop failure was attributed to unfavorable weather conditions.
