DOJ: Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Agrees to End Sex Change Drugs for Minors

The Department of Justice announced Wednesday that Connecticut Children's Medical Center agreed to discontinue puberty blockers and hormone therapy for patients under 18. The agreement followed a DOJ investigation into the medical center's gender treatment protocols for minors. Connecticut Children's Medical Center had previously offered these treatments as part of its pediatric gender medicine program.
