Iran and Oman are discussing a temporary shipping arrangement for the Strait of Hormuz, Bloomberg reported. Attacks on regional energy infrastructure and disagreements over transit rules are complicating the negotiations, according to Bloomberg News correspondents Skylar Woodhouse and Abeer Abu Omar.
