Two dead, including infant, after boat capsizes in New York Harbor; 12 rescued

A 22-foot bowrider capsized near Liberty Island in New York Harbor on Saturday night. Two people died: an adult female and an infant. NYPD divers recovered both from the water. Twelve people were rescued from the vessel.
