Hawaii Gov. Josh Green cruises to Democratic primary win, sets up fall matchup with GOP nominee

Hawaii Democratic Gov. Josh Green won the party's primary election with a substantial margin, securing the nomination for the general election. Green held a 56% approval rating and had raised $3.5 million for his campaign at the time of the primary. His three primary challengers were significantly outfunded. Green will face the Republican primary winner in the November general election.
