Slain California fire captain’s wife admits murder after Mexico capture, serving time for killing first spouse

Rebecca Marodi, wife of a California Fire captain, was captured in Mexico and admitted to murder in connection with a fatal stabbing at their Ramona home in San Diego County. Surveillance footage showed her fleeing the residence before the stabbing occurred. Marodi is serving time and has a prior conviction for killing a spouse.
