Krafton settles with Subnautica 2 developer after drawn-out dispute over $250 million

Krafton reached a settlement with Unknown Worlds Entertainment, the developer of Subnautica 2, involving bonus payments to studio staff, Bloomberg reported. The dispute stemmed from Krafton's removal of Unknown Worlds co-founders Charlie Cleveland and Max McGuire, and CEO Ted Gill from their positions last year. The settlement amount was not disclosed in available reports. Unknown Worlds is a subsidiary of Krafton, the South Korean game publisher.
