As Promised: Trump DOJ Sues California over Glock Ban

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon announced on Wednesday that the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against California over the state's ban on Glock firearms. Dhillon had previously indicated the suit would be filed. The lawsuit challenges California's law prohibiting the sale and possession of Glock pistols within the state.
