US Employers Cut Jobs, Unemployment Rate Falls

Nonfarm payrolls fell by 23,000 in July, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics revised May and June payroll figures downward by a combined 103,000. The unemployment rate declined to 4.1%, while labor force participation decreased and wage growth slowed.
