DE Gov. Meyer: 'Dissolve ICE' -- Immigrant Communities 'Victims' of System

Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer said on NewsNation's "Morning in America" on Thursday that the U.S. should "dissolve ICE" and that immigrant communities should not be blamed for economic and public safety problems. Meyer did not elaborate on how ICE would be dissolved or replaced.
