Seized on Their Way to Gaza, Activists Tell of Abuse in Israeli Custody

More than 20 people who attempted to breach an Israeli blockade of Gaza reported being beaten, shocked with electricity, and subjected to other treatment they characterized as abusive after their capture, according to interviews conducted with them. Israel's government denied these accusations.
