Court orders Instagram and Facebook's Meta to pay $567M to address kids' mental health online

A federal judge ordered Meta Platforms to pay 567 million dollars, with the majority designated for treatment services for young people, according to a ruling issued Thursday by Judge Bryan Biedscheid.
