Retired police chief helps subdue passenger after alleged midair outburst over alcohol cutoff

A retired Minneapolis police chief and two off-duty deputies subdued a passenger on a United Airlines flight after the passenger became unruly. Brian O'Hara, the retired police chief, was aboard the flight. The incident lasted approximately 45 minutes before the three men intervened.
