Kirin to Buy Vitamins Firm Jamieson in $1.4 Billion Deal

Japanese beverage maker Kirin Holdings Co. agreed to acquire Toronto-based Jamieson Wellness Inc., valuing the Canadian vitamins and supplements company at approximately C$2 billion or $1.4 billion.
