W.H.O. Seeks Volunteers for Ebola Vaccine Trial as Death Rate Soars

The World Health Organization announced Tuesday that it is seeking volunteers for clinical trials of new Ebola vaccines being conducted in Canada and the United Kingdom. The announcement comes as cases and deaths increase in an outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which the organization characterized as the largest on record.
