Omilia raises $67M to scale its customer support platform

Omilia completed a Series B funding round raising $67 million, according to the company. The round marks the second fundraise since the company's previous capital raise in 2020. Omilia reported annual recurring revenue of $60 million, a 10-fold increase from 2020.
